Martin Coad has worked with experts in the brewing industry all over the world. He has personally built three successful breweries from the bottom up. With almost 20 years in the industry, he’s covered the spectrum. 

● Built the first brewery in Chicago for international brand, Hofbrau Munchen. 

● First organic brewer in Illinois, creating Greenstar Brewery.

● Built the People’s Choice “Best Brewery in Maryland.”

The team that he’s built is not only a reflection of his time in the industry, but the people that he is lucky enough to call friends. He also likes to play guitar, shoot pool, and occasionally drink a beer himself.
